I bought my BlackBerry from my service provider Verizon Wireless only to find that I had no web browser and that my provider would not be immediately providing one. I started searching for solutions when it became clear my company was not ready to support Blackberry’s solely because of me. I tried E-Street, BES4U and a few other third party providers only to find the interface clunky and glitchy and the technical support extremely poor.
